Ausable Brewing Company (ABC) is a farm-based nano-brewery owned and operated by the Badger brothers. Located on 140 acres in the Champlain Valley just east of the Adirondack High Peaks, ABC is dedicated to serving a variety of high quality ales, lagers and house sodas in a relaxed and fun, family friendly atmosphere.

Open year ‘round, Livingood’s Restaurant & Brewery is conveniently located just off I-87’s exit 35, in Peru, NY. They offer a full service bar with 12 house beers on tap, a large menu with vegetarian and gluten free options, seasonal outdoor seating and ample parking!

Named after the Murray Rush of 1869, Murray’s Fools Distilling Company is a farm distillery producing small batch craft spirits to be enjoyed by those who value nature's quiet moments and freedom of self.
Oval Craft Brewing is a historic brewery located on the former Air Force Base. It's a small microbrewery producing 10 bbl batches of fine craft beer. OCB beer will be available in select restaurants and bars in the Plattsburgh area. Oval Craft also has a tasting room at the brewery where patrons can enjoy a pint, flight or take a growler home!

Plattsburgh Brewing Company home of the War of 1812 Beer, Plucky Rooster Ale. The beer was crafted using ingredients true to the 1800s and named after a 200 year old rooster to commemorate the War of 1812 Bicentennial. Valcour Brewing Company is a Craft Beer Brewery that also features an inn and a restaurant. All of this, as well as numerous displayed museum quality historical photographs and artifacts are located in the Old Stone Barracks in Plattsburgh, NY. The "Old Stone Barracks" is the last remaining structure of a proposed quadrangle of early U.S. Army barracks built in Plattsburgh, NY in 1838.
