“Whatever Shall I Wear?”

August 23, 2025

10:00am - 11:15am

Location:
Clinton County Historical Association Museum

Everyone is a little curious about how they might ‘dress the part’ during the upcoming America250 celebrations. This workshop will explain the types of clothing men, women and children wore during early Revolutionary war times. Workshop leader, reenactor Sharon Bell, will also explain your options for creating the Revolutionary war period look with relative ease. Attendees will receive an information package to help them take that next step toward joining the America250 celebrations in style. The work shop is free but preregistration is necessary by calling 518-561-0340.

This program is sponsored by the Clinton County America250 Committee under the leadership of the Clinton County Historical Society with funding from a 2025Special Programs Grant from the Champlain Valley National Heritage Partnership.
