We invite everyone to attend. Admission for the concert is a $10 per-person suggested donation or an equivalent food item for the pantry. Every dollar and donation goes directly to the Schroon Lake Food Pantry.
The Schroon Lake Food Pantry serves a vital need in the area, encompassing the Schroon Lake School District, including Schroon Lake and North Hudson. Food pantries are designed to supplement SNAP benefits to ensure full food security, but they are not set up to replace them. Like most local pantries, they rely on the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY for supplies. However, due to increased demand and decreased grant funding since the pandemic, the Regional Food Bank's contribution now covers only about a third of what is needed to supplement SNAP benefits. So far in 2025, the Schroon Lake Food Pantry has provided assistance to over 170 different households, feeding over 100individuals per week.
The performance will feature beloved holiday music, from beautiful carols like "O Holy Night" and "Silent Night" to joyful, festive tunes such as "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" and "White Christmas." The audience is warmly invited to join in on a song or two, making it fun for the whole family.
The artists sharing their talents include Josh Cook, Baritone and Seagle Festival Education and Community Engagement Director; Seagle Festival Alums Ava Pine, Soprano, and Amanda Robie, Mezzo-Soprano; and Seagle Festival General Director Tony Kostecki at the Piano.
“It’s a privilege for Seagle Festival to share our artists and our music with the Schroon Lake community during this beautiful celebration,” said Tony Kostecki, General Director. “This concert is a way for us to show our support, and we are grateful to partner with the Food Pantry to make this a truly meaningful event for everyone involved.”
