Make a Holiday Centerpiece

December 17, 2025

3pm - 5pm

Location:
Alice T. Miner Museum, 9618 US-9, Chazy, NY

Use natural materials to create a beautiful focal point for your Christmas table! Birch logs, greenery, and pinecones plus ribbons and other decorative elements come together to make a candleholder centerpiece that will provide a bright spot in the dark of winter. All the necessary materials and tools will be provided, but feel free to bring any special embellishments of your own! As usual, Rick and Priscilla Laurin will be bringing their decorating expertise (and power tools!) to this workshop. Warm drinks and holiday treats will be served.

This workshop will be offered at two sessions on December 17, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm and again from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Please make sure you have selected your desired time slot.

All of our holiday programs will be free of charge to attendees. However, in the giving spirit of Alice and William Miner, we will be collecting donations for the United Way of the Adirondack Region throughout the holiday season. We encourage everyone who attends an event to bring a new, unwrapped toy for their gift-giving program or make a monetary donation to the United Way, whether directly or through us at the Alice.
