This class will teach you the basics of hand building with clay which can be applied to all types of ceramic work. All the pieces created in this series can be functional (think bowls, cups, planters, etc.), sculptural, or a combination of both form and function! – A balance of the two many ceramists strive for! Students will learn how to create pinch pots, use coil, slab, and underglaze! Fired pottery will be ready to pick up in 3-4 weeks.
