Ideal for beginners, those returning after experiencing injury and those age 50 and beyond. This practice was created to add healing and toning qualities of yoga to your life. We start with guided warm up stretches and move into simple sitting and standing poses to loosen the joints, promote good posture and balance. Breathing exercises and relaxation promotes calmness between poses and at the conclusion of practice. Students are helped according to their needs.
Please note, arriving 10-15 minutes early will allow you time to fill out any needed paperwork, use the restroom and ensure that your appointment can start on time
