Dedication of an historical marker at the Wiley’s Point North Refugee Burial ground with presentations by local historian and Preservationist David Patrick, County legislator and Town of Champlain Historian Calvin Castine, Saranac Chapter DAR Historian Mary Bleau and Military Historian Thaddeus Booth Trudo. The marker is sponsored by Woodmen Life Chapter 462.
