Let’s be honest, there are nights where you just want to call in an order and pick it up at your local Chinese restaurant.  While this is easy and understandable, it is often met with some elements of regret, both financial and gastronomical.

Making great take out style Chinese food isn’t magic, it’s based on technique, ingredients, discipline and experience.  In this class you will learn how to cook amazingly delicious dishes that can be replicated in any home kitchen with little effort and time.  

Chef Curtiss will provide detailed instruction on the fundamentals of making two simple and easy takeout staples, the equipment needed, the science behind the flavor, as well as how to make a delicious quick and easy take out.

Chef Curtiss will demonstrate the two recipe preparations and then guide each participant through making their own dish of choice.
