Lay in savasana and let the sounds of the crystal alchemy bowls, Koshi chimes, Ocean Drum, Old Wise Earth Gong and more as they work their magic.
The evening will begin with intention setting, a guided meditation while lying in savasana and then let go as you set out on a sound meditation journey complemented by the cosmic vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Lyre, and Gongs these healing frequencies work on a cellular level to calm your mind, body, and spirit as you release what no longer serves you, raise your vibration, and manifest your intentions.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that assists in emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Combine with reiki Jennifer also uses shamanic healing techniques to further assist in a clients healing process.
During a Sound Journey you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being.
Benefits of a Sound Journey and Reiki include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, improved immunity, as well as a renewed sense of well-being, calm, balance, connection, and overall happiness.
Prepare accordingly:
Dress in Layers, you will be lying down for 45 minutes.
Drink plenty of water before and after-
