The simplicity of the steakhouse menu relies on truly great ingredients being cooked by well seasoned cooks with years of experience. This class will highlight several of Chef Curtiss’s favorite steakhouse experiences and he will show how each of us can produce truly amazing steakhouse dishes at home as part of a memorable menu.
