The past two years have been taxing on our nervous systems. The continuous changes have made it challenging to find a stable ground to stand on and pivot from. A wired nervous system can contribute to: an increase in anxiety, insomnia/sleep disturbances, irritability, weight management issues, decreased tolerance to stress, depleted adrenals, digestive conditions, and more.
The intention of these monthly workshops is to allow a safe space for the nervous system to unwind and release.
Class will focus on freeing the fascial network through longer held stretches, while then slowly flowing into restorative poses in order to support the body's structure so any muscular tension can release.
