In this Recipes For Success class we offer a technique rich menu which requires little active cooking time, yet they yield huge results. The recipes below will make a deliciously simple holiday meal for smaller families or for those seeking a non traditional meal.
Turkey Au Poivre
turkey breast, peppercorn melange, butter, shallot, brandy, cream, sage
Gratiner of Potato
gold potato, cream, gruyere, garlic, salt, pepper
Pan Roasted Mushrooms
mushrooms, butter, salt, pepper, herb
In this class participants will learn how to slice escallops of meat, sauté meats stovetop, create a pan sauce, finish a complete sauté dish, assemble and bake a starch thickened granter, prepare and pan roast a variety of mushroom types, as well as learning how to plate and present the dishes attractively and with confidence. This is why these are recipes for success!
