In this Recipes For Success class we offer a couple technique rich dishes which require little active cooking time, yet they yield huge results. The recipes below will make a deliciously simple summer supper or weekend lunch or brunch.

In this class participants will learn how to prepare, season and cook roasts for en poêler and en cocotte cooking, clean and steam autumn squash to make a puree soup, as well as, learn how to plate and present the dishes attractively and with confidence. This is why these are recipes for success!
