Explore and discover the creatively addicting world of meatballs. Chef Curtiss will demonstrate the perfect ratio of meat, binder, garnish and seasoning for the ultimate meatball. Additionally we will explore meatball recipes inspired by different cuisines and cultures.
Recipes for the class include:

Chicken Stroganoff Meatballs
Dijon Salmon Meatballs
Hoisin Pork & Chicken Meatballs
Recipes will be accompanied by a side of pasta and/or rice.
