Chicken and Waffles, a dish commonly ordered in the late night and early morning hours, is an iconic American food combination that is having a renaissance.
Chef Curtiss will demonstrate a master waffle recipe, guide participants through the process of frying chicken and plate the most amazingly delicious chicken and waffles plate. After this participants will be encouraged to make their own special creations and modify the waffle mix with a collection of flavorful ingredients, showcasing how creativity, cooking technique and good ingredients make for a great dishes.
