Chef Curtiss will explain the beautiful delicious simplicity of Spanish cuisine as he prepares an authentic home style Spanish meal that you will be able to replicate at home.
Class begins with introductions and an assortment of tapas and pinchos as we settle in for the building of an amazing Valencia inspired paella which will be served family style.
As the paella cooks Chef Curtiss will hand carve a platter of Serrano ham and accessorize it with classic and contemporary garnitures, all to be served as the paella rests and finishes building its hallmark socarrat crust.
For dessert there will be a platter of sliced oranges with sea salt and sherry vinegar.
